# Smart Contracts

**Automated Investment Process**

Solidex leverages smart contracts to automate the investment and redemption processes. These contracts are self-executing with the terms of the agreement between buyer and seller being directly written into lines of code. They autonomously handle the sUSDT tokens, distribution of returns, and management of the underlying treasury bond assets.

**Security and Compliance**

The smart contracts are rigorously tested and audited to ensure they are secure and free from vulnerabilities. They are also designed to be compliant with relevant financial regulations, incorporating necessary mechanisms for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance.
